For many years now, it has become clearer and clearer to most everyone, that social media's tremendous harms greatly outweigh anything positive. It's obviously not going to get any better.
At the beginning of 2025, I decided to stop contributing to this negative ecosystem. No more posts and no more time spent looking at it. I never looked back. And I miss nothing.
While I amassed thousands of followers, and it was often "fun" to post my sales successes, listing projects, and special personal photos, I can assure you, no one ever bought a house on Instagram or Facebook. It's never happened. If any realtor tries to convince you that you need their social media to sell or market your property, they are flat-out lying. A serious buyer would never do such a thing. It's all nonsense.
Now, after 15 years of buying and selling expertise, I can fully put my real estate focus back on you, my clients, and doing what is most needed to help you profit the most.
I am very proud of my career in real estate and all the wonderful properties I helped transform into head-turning show pieces.
